Ten seats, five courses + four wines from Rocca delle Macìe, moving from fresh Moonlite through Chianti Classico, Riserva and the slightly rebellious blend Sasyr. This dinner will tell a story of what Tuscany can do with Sangiovese rather than just four wines from one producer.
