About the event
This is a donation based community hike in Mt. Charleston and proceeds will benefit the Solidarity Fridge.
We will be doing breathing, movement, and somatic exercises to help us ground, arrive, and be present in nature. The exact location and more info will be provided to RSVP’d guests.
