The Dam Short Film Festival 2026

The Dam Short Film Festival 2026 is back! It started today, Wednesday, February 11th, and runs through Monday, February 16th. This is literally one of our favorite events of the year, and we’re so proud to have been a sponsor for eight years running. This is exactly the kind of event There’s Nothing to do in Vegas exists to find and put on your radar. The Dam Short Film Festival is rated as one of the top 100 festivals in the world, and honestly, in this era of TikTok-sized attention spans, short films are a perfect way to experience a lot of creativity in a little bit of time.

The festival is organized into “blocks” by genre—Comedy, Drama, International, Animation, and so many more. There's even a Music Video section. Each block features about 5 to 15 short films that all fit the theme, making it easy to pick what you’re in the mood for. One block is only $12.50, or you can grab a full weekend pass for $300 and really dive in.

We’ll be there all week, and especially on Saturday for the Dam Short Mixer, with music spun by our very own *CoCojenkins the DJ.
